During the pandemic, I created a program called the "Virtual Beerfest" that provided consumers a chance to try a sampling of different local beer (to be purchase at our Marine Marts), then watch online as our event hosts conducted a tasting of those brews.

The community asked and I responded! Small business owners on the base requested safe opportunities to showcase their products. In response, I created events and involved our local business owners.
Featured a different employee on Sundays who has greatly impacted the community. Showcased them on social media, newletters, etc.

Due to the slow transport time of the mail, the RETAIL December circulars didn't make it to the island.
I created a handout with a QR code that would direct customers to the online sale ad. This was passed out for 1-2 weeks to every customer (100-200 customers per day).
Reached out to a variety of media outlets to gather information for media buys on a variety of platforms (social media, displays, banners, digital screens, flyers, television broadcast, radio).
Promoted position availability on Facebook and LinkedIn. Shared recruitment information with community pages and city media teams.
